How long will it take to receive my order?
We understand you want your products as soon as possible. Our products are custom print on demand items. Hence, orders are processed within 5-7 business days and ready for shipping. However, shipping times increase during the holiday season and items purchased after December 4th are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

Domestic orders will be delivered to your door by USPS. You will get your packages within 5 days once shipped. You will receive notification and tracking information once your order has shipped.


How do I cancel or make changes to an order?
Once an order has been submitted to us, it is held for 24 hours. It is important that you act swiftly however, because after the hold has expired the order cannot be changed or cancelled. If changes need to be made to the order please email info@ourscholarshipmatters.com and give us:

Name and email on the order
Order number
The changes that need to be made
*Please keep in mind we can not change the graphic on the order only color or size if reported within 24 hours of the initial order completion.

How can I exchange an order?
Exchanges may be necessary for a number of different reasons. If you find you need to exchange an item please be aware that one of the following should apply:

Received a bad print or defective product
If you have received a defective product, please email info@ourscholarshipmatters.com within 30 days of receipt and provide the following for us to complete your replacement order:

Please provide the name and email
Please provide the order number
Please provide picture of wrong/ damaged item
Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order (i.e., color, size, style, etc.)
Once we receive this we will print a replacement product and send it right out!

What is OSM’s return policy?
Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days. If there is a defect and you do not want a replacement, a refund will be provided. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customers needs a smaller or larger size.
